About Xpress Fitness 24-7
Xpress Fitness is Villa Rica’s neighborhood fitness center — open to members 24 hours a day with Life Fitness cardio, Hammer Strength plate-loaded equipment, a full free-weight room, aerobics, personal training and an outdoor training area.
We keep upgrading the floor so you have a place that works for early mornings, late nights and everything in between. Come see what we have to offer; your first visit is free.
